Luis Alejandro Capdevielle Flores (born March 13, 1953) is a Mexican editor and politician, also member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). Currently, he is deputy by the state of Sonora in the LXII Term of Office. He began the deputy charge after Manlio Fabio Beltrones assumed his position as national leader of the Institutional Revolutionary Party. In his wide trajectory as businessman and editor, has directed the newspapers "El Cambio de Sonora", "El Sol de Hermosillo", among others. ==Biography== Luis Alejandro Capdevielle Flores was born March 13, 1953 in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. He grew up in Hermosillo city with his parents; Alejandro Capdevielle, editor and journalist, and Laura Fluoresces, accountant. He graduated from law school at the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He was part of the Association of Editors of Newspapers, Diaries and Magazines of Mexico (AEDIRMEX), the most serious organism and professional of the Mexican journalism founded in 1968. In 1999 he became vicepresident of the Association and afterwards, in 2003, he led the AEDIRMEX as the Association's president during 4 years. Alejandro Capdevielle was in charge of the Management Council of the newspaper ''Diario La Expresión'' since it was bought in 1994 y refounded as a new brand: ''El Cambio Sonora''.
